im new to the bakersfield bike sceen. i have lived here since i was 10, but moved to go to school in chico. which is where i picked up the bug of bike riding again. was really nice there, just had to walkout my back yard and i was in bidwell park. very nice trails there.

anyway, im stuck here for the time being and dont really know anyone that rides. i would go hangout at one of the local bike shops, but i really dont have the time i used to. so if anyone knows of any local trails, or needs/wants a fat out of shape riding buddy that hasnt been on his bike for about a year give me a PM.

Welcome! Get on the 5 south and drive to Frazier Park, hit up the Mt. Pinos area. Especially now since it is getting hotter in Bake-your-ass-field.
