hey im Ian im 23 and i ride a 06 sc superlight and need to find some long technical single track in the pasadena area and some chill people to go riding with/show me around.
ive been seriously biking for about 2 years and ive been working on my endurance and kicking ass on the trail.
i cut my xc teeth riding through the redwoods at uc santa cruz and want to see what so cal has to offer. i guess id prefer to ride close to home if possible (i dont trust the trunk rack i have at freeway speeds) but i am down to check out new places.
before bikes i was really in to cars and spirited driving through the canyons.
if there are any weekly group rides please let me know as i'd be glad to participate and bring my fiancee along.

i graduated this past summer and im already jonesing for those trails... i miss them soo much. im already scheming my way up to next year's sea otter classic in monterey just so i can see the bay again. but yeah sounds like fun.
band-i was affilliated w/ c10 but didnt live there, i enjoyed the highlife off campus and hungout at the ucsc bike co-op.
i know that most ppl work during the week, but is anyone free mid-week to hit some trails?
ideally i'd like to set out at about 10-11 am so that gives plenty of time to ride! ive got a pretty open schedule right now as im working on my elementary school teaching credential.

i am going to go on to la tuna on thurs to make up for it though!
