Thank you guys...this is very helpful!
I'll start going there on my own to get back in shape and loose some weight...then I'll be able to join the group rides.
In the meantime, if someone needs an out-of-shape cool partner to hit the West LA trails, here I am! PM or email and I'll try to join you.
