Thanks. I'll check it out. I'm sure I will love the race. I love to ride, I am trying to build my endurance now as I have been doing 20-25 miles a ride as of late in Aliso Viejo so I hope the 45 miles in the CC will be enjoyable rather than a complete pounding. Nice and steady is the plan. Thanks again!

If you're not doing anything on Sat morning drop on over to Irvine Park... we are having a non-event event. Check out the Adrenalin Bike demo/BBQ/Ride in the Trail Head section. Lots of STR peeps showing up for the swag.

25-30 milers are perfect training for the CC, in my experience- exactly what i did for the 2007 cc.
