Default Craig here-- Carlsbad ( next door to calavera)

Definitely looking for some tribe to ride with! trying to get in a daily one hour spin at Calavera, and longer on the weekends.. local mtns, orange county maybe?

i work a couple days a week in San Clemente, and would love to hit some of that area.. I've done very little so far.

Just got my wife back on her bike two weeks ago after 2.5 yrs off due to busy work and new baby... very happy about that. Any couples that would like to ride would be great... she's slow and conservative, but in time... ( im no shredder myself ..)
great site!

My son live in Carlsbad and his wife has been off the bike for a long time after a bad fall. Maybe they could hook up with you for some re-introduction rides. I'll contact him.

from the San Diego Crew!!

There have been a ton of San Diego peeps that have joined these past few months so you shouldn't lack for people to ride with. Quite a few of us post regular rides, so there's a decent amount of weekly rides.

Just because you're an STR newb, don't let that stop you from posting up rides too!! I can not stress this enough--even if it's a last second/spur of the moment ride or a ride you think no one else would be interested in, post it up anyway. You never know who might be interested or who will be able to show.

Stay involved and don't be a stranger!!

I'm hoping to get my post-baby wife back on the bike too. How did you pull it off?

Welcome! I live right near Calavera as well. Hit me up sometime for a ride, when I'm in town I'd love to go. I try to do Calaveras one a week when its not raining.

Hey thanks everybody!

My whole family is being ravaged by this flu bug this week, and we're all getting worked, but I'll definitely be coming out for some rides!

Sweet talked her-- and took her bike in for an upgraded fork and disk brakes.

she's still tentative, but it'll come back. It's great to be out there with her. Can't wait for our little girl to be able to jump on the tandem! right now we go for rides with her in her side car.... ( a year ago... she's alot bigger now)
btw, if any of you folks would wanna meet for a San Luis Rey river trail ride, towing your little ones, i'm down for that- mon, wed, fri!
