If he knows how to get to half of those spots I saw in the youtube photo montage he's obviously one heck of a tour guide! LOTS of really beautiful spots and looks like epic riding.

Thanks for filling me in. I kept seeing the littler banner guy and thought it was some new bike lingo that I wasn't aware of.

So, how did steppie get his own smiley anyway?

If you look at the upper corner of this STR page, you'll see an image of a guy wearing a set of 1986 shades. That's Steppie. And when you're that famous enough to have your mug at the top of STR, all kinds of fame and glory follow including becoming an icon.

That's probably a resolution setting because I'm viewing this on a laptop with a 12" screen. Unless you have an extremely small laptop (and I thought this damn thing was small! - I'm talking about the laptop, damn it! )
