Whats up fellow socal riders! My name is Matt and I live in Irvine--cookie cutter central. Grew up in Capo Beach (next to San Clemente).
I've been biking for a little over 3 years and I'm just now getting off of an 8 month hiatus and trying to get back into shape. I've done a couple of local rides the last two Sundays at Aliso Woods and Laguna Wilderness. I'm hoping to do at least 2-3 mtb rides per week to get back into the swing of things. I work in San Clemente two days per week and am going to try riding the single track down there at lunch; then I want to try to get into longer group rides at least once per week on the weekend and or a shorter ride during the week after work once the days get a little longer. I look forward to riding with you guys and gals and having a beer or two or three or four afterwards ![]() If you see me out and about say hello! I ride a black XL 5-spot and carry about 30lbs of tools and first-aid crap on my back because I often ride solo. If you ever need aspirin, a leatherman, salt tablets, or an emergency sleeping bag you know who to look for ![]() |
