Default Hello, I just joined this site after seeing a...

reference on Mountainbikebill.com. This looks like a great resource for someone new to the area like me. I live in Rancho Bernardo, just moved a few months ago from Atlanta. I am relatively new to mountain biking, I ride an Intense 5.5 and I try to ride as much as possible.
I have not met anyone who rides out here so I am hoping that this will be an opportunity for me to join up on some rides.

I live in Rancho Bernardo. I ride aggressive cross country, I have a hard time with classifications!
I don't think that it is just cross country but I am not sure if it would be considered all mountain or not. I just like to ride, have fun, and draw some blood from time to time

As the elected leader of the San Diego chapter of STR, I say--

The SD Crew continues to grow more and more everyday!! We're taking over--today San Diego, tomorrow THE WORLD!!!

There's a lot of new SD STR members lately. Quite a few of us post regular rides, so there's a decent amount of weekly rides.

Just because you're an STR newb, don't let that stop you from posting up rides too!! Post 'em up and let's get the SD rides going!!

I can not stress this enough--even if it's a last second/spur of the moment ride or a ride you think no one else would be interested in, post it up anyway. You never know who might be interested or who will be able to show.

Stay involved don't be a stranger!!

I just go back to the last time I posted it and then copy and paste. I figure it says everything I want to say so why not? I do change it up a little from time to time, but the main part stays the same.

and howdy.

I think George should track the OC, IE and LA County new folks and compare them to the SD noobs that have signed up lately. See if we can do an "unofficial" membership drive to 2,000.

The loser brings beer to the SD Fire ride.
