I wouldn't worry about Tapia being closed for too long...it looks like you'll be getting hammered by the coming storms...

And by the way, McGill season in over, unless you want to go ride in the snow.

yeah lately my mountain bike has been backfiring alot, i think it needs a tuneup. and also i went to the extra long cigarettes so i guess if i crash with it in my mouth there is a possibility of a fire there.

well if thats the case, we'll just have to ride out from my house.

Sorry was on my mobile so i could not elaborate. They said they want to keep it closed for a couple weeks until it gets wetter as they are worried about the fire danger (who can blame them). If it rains this week as predicted they may open it sooner.

They said they put up new signs but people have probably been ignoring them just like the rest.

Bummer for me i am on vacation. going to have to roadie it a bit.

looks like tapia is closed for now. land owners stopped me on the way in. they are worried about fire danger.
