If you all think the local trails are holding up ok after the rains - I am in. My bike is in not the best shape after Noble Canyon last weekend, but I will make the best of it.

Jeff, let me know if you stay in the SCV. The truck trail sounds interesting. Also, could you leave me directions if you go from McBean off the 5?

I'm good with Penitent Hill, although with a later start as I'm going to try to hit Circuit City @5:00am to see about getting a Xbox 360 on the cheap.

@jeffj: Nice ride, and yes I'm up to ride any day this weekend as I don't have to work! Yay me!

I was seriously considering Los Pinetos tomorrow. I will even start at 8am to let everyone sleep in. Pintos should be in good shape, we would just have to watch the corners for any standing water. Usually the trail is prime after a rain. Any takers?

The climb will be at a reduced pace as we will all most likely be bloated from the various feasts.

I was also planning on doing the same ride Saturday...

Joe, if you're around, I'm hoping to ride Friday morning.

I may do a ride with my daughter and some one of her teammates. That may not be here in the SCV. If not, we may just do Santa Clara Truck Trail and if Los Pinetos is in good shape, we'll descend that. If it isn't, we'll just come back down the fire road. I'll get you directions when it's all more clear later today. Most likely it'll be here in SCV.

Happy "T" day to all my turkey loving buddies. Think of JeffJ's new Kona while proposing a toast today consuming the finest of spirits. Myself, it will be Eggnog laced with a healthy dose of Captain Morgans to ward off all the pirates in the world today.

Maybe he won't... Some of the pieces are being stubborn or suffering from a previous life with warped ring gears and bent pedals from the rotundity of it all in a previous life, plus the thought of a 24 speed has "ghey" written all over it. We will see JeffJ's maestropiece soon enough, probably after the turkey sandwiches and left overs are all gone.
