Yeah, I just started bunny hopping off the lip, the transition is descent, so it is not too hard to jump.

I started to wash out on the deep sandy rut that's forming in the middle. I tried to stay on the hard pack on the right but fell into the rut. I was doing ok till the front wheel started to wash out. I got off the pedals before started going over, my pedal bit my shin. Not too bad though. It should make a cool scar.

Thanks for the invite but I've got to take the boys somewhere and won't be back till late. If I wasnt such a retard, you would think I could adjust a derailer. I know how to do the old school derailers, but not the click type.

Hope you are feeling up to riding tomorrow!

I was gonna say we could look at it if you want/are in my 'hood. I got a stand...

I've seen lotsa guys fall/get off line on that last section...in the white powdered rut. Nice little drop off at the very end, close as I ever come to getting "air"!

    Hey Scott

The bike is ghost shifting on 7,8, and 9. Just needs an adjustment. I don't use those gears while climbing anyway. Rode up the fire road today. I had to dodge about 100 kids running cross country for the local high schools. It was cool that a lot of the kids were giving words of encouragement while I was climbing.

Rode Viper this morning, it is getting pretty sandy. I kind of crashed on the last steep hill before the parking lot. Nice cut on the shin.

I will be at the PNR for tomorrows ride. Hope everyone can make it.

Ted and I are in for Dawn Patrol on Sunday.

Randall, I wish you would have stayed. We could have fixed that chain

When fellow riders have mechanicals, it doesn't make the ride unpleasant for me (unless insects are eating me alive while we are stopped, which they weren't), it just makes it different
