Buy a Kryptonite bike lock for $10 and I'll donate the money to this cause. If you want me to ship it to you please add $4. This is a great deal and it helps out a guy that could use it.

pm me for Paypal details. I'll try to make it to the Halloween Fred ride at Aliso this afternoon. PM me if you want me to bring some.

To all those people who wish to donate furniture: Thank you so much for your generous offer. Unfortunately right now we have no place to put any of it. We haven't yet established ourselves in a new place of our own--we are living in a room @ my mother-in-law's. We thank you all for your kindness though.

Good idea Gene... in addition, perhaps we could also turn this into a ride for Mark & his wife (name?)... be a great chance to get all the SD tribe together with some of the OC & LA tribe... as just one big family!

Just got back from a great ride with Adrenaline at Turnbull today. Got a call from a friend who's interested in mountain biking and is looking around for a bike. So...off to Adrenaline we go when he arrives! I'll make sure to donate when we get there.

Don't have much but donated what I could for now (50). I really need to graduate and start working full time

Good luck, Mark! I can't wait for that SD ride.

I work on Sunday, but I will try and schedule it for Sunday. I will get the day off if I have to. It cannot be this next Sunday because of the Mt Sac Race.

It's gonna take some time for the smoke to clear out down here... it's pretty bad, depending on the winds.
11/18 might be a good time for everything to return to a sense of normalcy.

I'll earmark that date. I hope it works for everyone else. We'll have to wait and see. Hopefully the fires are put oout and some areas are reopened by then.

Will Dec 2 which is a Sunday work? I have a Chrismas tree ride on the 1st and a Party on the 8th so the 9th would be tough. Maybe add a poll to the other thread.
