Default Texas Freerider may visit Anaheim

I have a chance to visit your state in July, near the afore-mentioned city, and would like someone to convince me it will be worth my while. I ride an '04 Heckler w/Jr T and would like to know if and where there are any worthy Dirt jump areas or freeride parks within a coupla hours drive. I'm talk'n skinnies/bridges, teeters, hucks, jumps (MTB or BMX)

Absolutely. Oakley is probabley the best place to go if you're looking for some freeriding. Lots of fun jumps and drops. Probabley aroudn that time we will have Slater in prime shape for you to. It's definately worth your while. Just post on this board when you're a little closer and you can get all the info.

There are a few Dirt Jumping spots around Long Beach, but they don't come close to the magnitude of Slater.

I wish I knew of some ladder spots around here. Word has it that there are some in Orange County, deeeeep south Orange County.
