Default Best $200 upgrade

I have about $200 that I did not expect that I want to use on the bike. I ride a Marin Northside Trail, and I have already upgraded the forks (Fox Forx Vanilla 125RL), the pedals (eggbeaters), rear derailleur (Deore)...

What is a rider with $200 to do???

Maybe new tires? Tires can make a big difference . . .

What do you feel your bike is lacking? What more do you want out of it?

Actually, just got new tires....I actually feel that the bike is very good...but it is hard tail, so it lacks the full suspension comfort..

perhaps a suspension seat post?
