Thumbs up This is so totaly cool!

One of my friends in Boise, ID built this MTB bike skills course in his backyard & had a bunch of riding buds over and took photos and movies. Makes me want to build such a course here.... don't think the Mrs would agree though!

Check this out.

Wait wait wait--you know Craig?? He's a good friend of mine. Small world, eh?

He used to have a pump track, but leveled it for the skills course.

A pump track would be so cool down here. I keep scoping out places where one could be built with no disruption.

My backyard could easily hold a pump track. If my house doesn't sell soon and we end up taking it off the market, I'm definitley considering a pump track or skills course.

I know Craig through BOMB (Believers On Mt Bikes). He is a super cool guy and a better rider than you might at first think. I know that came out wrong/sounding bad, but he is a super mellow and laid back guy who rides some crazy lines.

Rode with him in Moab the last 2 years and kicked his arse in a "Biggest Loser" weight loss challenge.

I told him that You mentioned that you knew him... He's bringing his bike down the next time he comes down... I asked him when would that be & we'll arrange an STR welcome ride for him.

Sweet. I won't be following his lines though. He cleaned the Horsethief Bench drop in last April and that is WAAAAY above my head.

Not only are you a good rider... but a wise-one too! You definitely have to know when to back off and when to go for it.
