I would be down if they charged say..., $200.00 a year for an all access, county, state, wilderness pass. That should include ALL PARKS, ALL BEACHES, ALL WILDERNESS AREAS, the problem would be how to divvy up the money. Those agencies would be clawing at each other to get the bigger piece of the pie.
