I know it's done on super big-budget films and whatnot, but how did they do it for a (probably) cheap youtube video?

they have camera's set up on a zip line type of thing but it can be controlled from the ground
i was reading of some place and i forgot where but it has those camera's set up on every trail for their own use its kinda cool
