It's a sticky thread now so people should be able to see it there. Better to link it in threads rather than copy paste cause that keeps one master list that is always up to date.

I'm proud to say it was posted to my newbie / coming out of the closet intro. I took crib notes, so I'd know who to meet, and who to stay away from!
