A few of you know that I work for a design agency, we work on Nissan and Infiniti, both print and web. We needed a mt. bike for the new Nissan Rogue accessories photoshoot and I donated my Dawg Primo for the cause. This is the only shot I have, but it will be featured in the 08 Rogue print brochure as well as the online Rogue vehicle story/section.

i'm pretty sure the logo on the downtube is going to be cloned out...so we don't need the 'rights' to use it i believe. (our art buyer would know the answer). i was going to put an STR sticker on, but it would get cloned out as well. this image i posted is the 'raw asset', before more retouching is done to it.

and yes, they cleaned it really well for the shoot. i brought it to the studio the monday after the blackstar newbie ride, so it was nice n' dusty.

But I thought aligning labels is law in mountain biking??

Yeah my sister does graphic design for Nissan/Infiniti.... Cant recall which dept of Nissan/Infiniti

Very cool, I like that it actually has pedals too.
I can't tell you how many ad's have bikes in them with no pedals. The set designer obviously had someone get them new and bring them to the shoot and nobody thought to bring pedals.

It just ruins the whole illusion for me.

You always must align the logos from the tires and the rims. Also, never run two different tire brands. That can get you suspended from riding in the OC brah!

It's about DAMN time a car company had a decent bike on the roof of a car and none of this, "OH SH*T Larry we forgot the bike, quick here's 80 bucks go get something from Wal*Mart!"

All they need to do now is for Nissan to do a "Kona" Model buy a car get a free Primo

I don't know I think I would have had that bike a bit dirty. I mean if I see a bike that clean I am thinking 1. He just got the bike from the bike store or 2. he is a poser. I mean that bike is too nice for it to be that clean.
