Default Replacement strap for CamelBak

Anyone tried to get warranty/parts for your CamelBak? I must have smashed my 'Bak between something because the chest strap clippy thing is shattered It's all sown in, but that's nothing a tailor couldn't fix. Just wondering if people have gotten parts like this from the company...

REI, Performance Bikes, even dicks sporting goods carry Camel, but as Allison states camel has great CS, I got mine replaced due to some minor manufacturer issue....

I'm not talking about doo-hickeys. Just clippy thingies.

Thanks everyone. I'll check in w/ CB and see what they say.

Whoops, didn't notice foofighter mentioned doo-hickey.
