i can tell you're not married yet the funds are not limitless especially if you have kids. usually the money you have set aside for your blinging ride has also been earmarked for some other project pending funding approval from the finance minister!

Doug: of course you can!!!

I also rode one and did not like it. The Reba is a good fork but most people run the psi way to high. I have been riding my Reba for 3 years and zero issues. Heck I never even check the psi

I used to be a Fox zealot but the Reba is a great value IMO

29wheels spends $3K on bike.........

Wifey spends $3K on furniture........

So 29wheels is out $6K

i can't really speak on the handling since i ride a big bike 6" front/6.75" rear bike that is fairly slack so it actually felt quick on the steering. The main issue was the fork and shock felt like crap, granted they were not setup for me, but my buddy who is a lighter rider. I did however not even go through all the travel since it seemed as the fork and shock had way too much rebound and compression damping. I think with some more fine tuning i can get the reba to work well and swap the float r for an rp23. IMO, the bike i rode (path demo) really needed an overhauling... i have no idea how anyone would want to buy that bike after riding it, but i guess people do. I kept thinking that would have been better to ride it rigid, then with poorly performing suspension.

The first to demo the 21" about two months ago. I was going to so what the heck that thing is beat up already!

You should demo the Evolve at The Path. I think it is a 18". Based on the numbers....and only the numbers that bike should ride really nice.

I was trying to talk Mondo into building up a 20" demo.............no dice
