I guess we scared SJ off! I must have set him straight...Thanks for the backup guys!!

He know how I cooked his duck last time...It was pretty good even though it was from that stingy pond! The beer helped wash it down too of course

Default Bryan's Fully Loop Last Night!

Thank you all for making this a fun ride for Athena and Bryan.

Genusmtker5 - Great Leader
Pain Freak - Another Great Leader
MtnbikerFred - Great Sweeper - thank you for riding back with me.

I am trying to download pictures for you all - but I am having a bit of technical difficulty.

If you don't see it on here look in my personal album.

Attached is a message from Athena:

Hello All!

Thank you for your thoughts, your prayers and joyful encouragement! It was
a pleasure meeting Elvia and another Trail Angel last night at Fullerton
Loop. Elvia, I'm sorry about your leg cramp--nasty ol' cramp stole you away
for the rest of the ride. I hope we can get together soon.

My husband, Brian our friend Bruce and I had LOTS of leaders there to take
us through Fully-Loop. It was a blast and we finished just as it got dark.
It was just what we needed to blow off all that bottled up stress over the
thyroid cancer. We are thankful to all of you. We'll try again next
Thursday. Hope you ladies can make it.

Thank you and may God richly bless your day!

Simply His,
Athena Morris

Elvia, you are very welcome. Too bad you had to cut your ride short. Let me know if you want to join up for another run. I'll bring mustard packs next time just in case you get the legs cramping up again. We'll just take our time and get through and finish whenever we finish. MtnbikerFred, nice of you to take Elvia back. Hope to ride with you soon.

Glad to meet Athena, Brain, and Bruce. Lots of fun taking them through. Hope to ride with them again soon.

Thanks Gene!

I'll be taking you up on that offer. I am limping around but I don't care. It's alot better. Hope it does not happen again.

First time I cut a ride short - I usually stick it out.

Darn!

I missed the golf course it's so fun riding the golf course.

My friend Bob is always talking about the Garden something in Fully - Beer Garden (I think). I was going to pretend I was a big bad mountain biker and go there. Hopefully we can all go there next time.

This might be the Garden he speaks of.

You guys know how to make an STR newb feel welcome. It was great getting to meet so many of you on Thursday.

Brewmaster--thanks for the pre-ride ice & the beer (ok, mostly for the beer).

Pain Freak--thanks for wearing your STR jersey so I didn't wander around the parking lot like some lost puppy looking for people that I'd never met before.

mtnbikerfred--thanks for letting me take your Coiler for a spin (my Kikapu is still jealous).

And I know full well that I'm leaving off at least 10 others that deserve some thanks.

Will definitely make this part of weekly rides!
