Default Huge Problem ...

My 2007 Stumpy has had trouble with the rear shock ... Not that big of a deal because my LBS had sent the shock back to Fox for service which will be covered under warranty.

I've been "stuck" riding my really old road bike, which is like an old friend for me. I seem to be focusing on the "training" and trying to maximize the efforts of my rides while I wait for the shock to be returned.

Now on to my problem ... I'm supposed to go SCUBA diving this weekend with some peeps from work so I started doing the usual pre-dive checks.

The real deal is I almost ended up with a call to 911 because I got stuck in my wetsuit. As I ended up rolling aroung on the floor trying to get the damn zipper unstuck, I started sweating like a dog crapping peach seeds ... about passed out.

I felt like a beached seal in a tight Speedo trying to avoid being eaten by a killer whale.

So, do you guys think I should post this awkward situation to some total strangers on the internet or keep it too myself?

Scott

It sounds like you had a panic attack. I'd stay away from that wet suit and the peach seeds. No good can come from that .

This weekend we're going out to the Pendleton Reef. I haven't dove that yet but I hear it's very "lobster rich."

It's probaly a good thing.. I did a night dive in San Diego two weeks ago, and it was one of the top three scariest things I've ever done.

Poor visibility + current + kelp forest + jellyfish + shark presence = nightmares!
