be careful with ice guys. when you take in cold water (below 41F) its harder for your body to properly hydrate, since it can shock your system and make you cramp bad, and if the water is too cold, can actually make hydrating harder on your body (so ive heard) although recently ive read that it really doesnt matter considering that your body warms the water no matter what the temp to 98 degrees anyhow.. in EMS and fire we've always been told room temp and a little below is best. also, you old guys (yes J im talking to you) your body temp control mechanisms are going out, this puts you at a risk because you dont know when your getting too hot, so when its 105 and you and your friends are playing bridge out in the sun in your leisure suits, please drink water.
