He's singing that Kenny Rogers song "You've picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel."

Obviously photoshopped. The drive side is on the wrong side of the bike, and it's not flopped because of the Michael's sign. Moreover, I don't think it's even a real bike. It looks like one of those toy bikes.

He's on the Polish bike acrobat team doing a handstand while balancing on the fork. He did however drop the front wheel that was supposed to be between his cheeks.
