Just got this email:

[FONT=Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]If you haven't dusted off your mountain bike yet, now's the time! The Mammoth Mountain Bike Park opens for the season on Saturday, June 23. Thanks to a mild winter and the hard work of the trail crew, 50 miles of trails are in excellent shape and ready to be ridden.

The best news? Panorama Gondola will be open for Bike Park Opening Day for the first time in several years. Trails are open from "Off the Top" to Juniper. Advanced riders should check out the new "Cheese Wedge" in the Kamikaze Park.

Don't forget to check out the new Top of the Sierra Interpretive Center & Cafe located in the Panorama Lookout building at the summit of Mammoth Mountain.

Just FYI, the mountain has 16 Rocky Mountain Switches for rent this year in all sizes. So if any one wants to leave their bike at home and rent 7 inches of suspension bliss. There you go.

That sounds like summer babbyyy!!! I'll be in Tahoe July 19-22 then in Mammoth till the 29th. My paps is a hardcore flyfisherman and goes all over the Mammoth area. I join him a couple days but mainly im up there to ride. We will have to meet up.
