The mass consists of of only one chain ring and one cog If you see said mass moving though an area near you it must be headed downhill, reports have it this mass does not travel uphill very well at his point.

Ther have been several iightings resulting in several photo's that are not for the weak at heart. Feeel free to scroll down to view the images.

I have to look at the agenda and what time I can sneek out. Let alone how long it will take to get there... If it all comes together I will be there... Sounds like a lot of climbing

It's not that bad, although it would be on a SS. If you can do all 31 miles at SART, Daley shouldn't be a problem. I do wonder if it's worth your drive time. Not that I'm trying to talk you out of it, but it is a bit of a drive.

I think that you are correct, I was going to do the Pink Hubs or I9 thing but I got a killer deal on the silver King/Stans wheel set and I could not say no...

Could not fing Seat clamp
No skewers
All pink grips were not the right shade

So for now that is the best that I can do

What! SART didn't have that much climbing... it was 3500ft of climbing. And who said it was flat?? You need to ask me about trails. I'm really honest about what they are like

Daley isn't that bad. My route starts out with some decent climbing, a few undulations to catch your breath... mostly fire road, but Doug adds in some singletrack. Nothing challenging. Once you get down near the ranch house there's a fairly flat, but slightly uphill loop around a meadow. Then there's a gigantic climb. It's called Cardiac Hill for good reason. Justin has cleaned the whole thing. I get up to the rock (you'll see it) on the lower section and can't go any further. Then I push up a bit until levels out for a second. Then I can ride from there. No shame in pushing or resting. From there there's some more undulation, but mostly climbs (nothing as bad). Then there's one short steep hill. More undulation... a super fun singletrack descent through some trees... then you climb out of that, climb, climb, climb, climb, die, climb... and it levels out and after that for the most part you go down hill for awhile. Fire roads and singletrack.. then there's a fun ridge run descent. You get back to the pavement for a short but doable pavement climb to a SCREAMING fast pavement descent.

Watch out for hikers and equestrians, but mostly just hikers on the pavement. Don't want to have a run-in when you're descending. You may get to see some cool wildlife out there. We've seen coyotes, bunnies, bobcats, rattlers...

Thumbs up Welcome to the dark side, my lord... heavy breathing heard

Very nice and clean...

What tire are you running on the back? Any idea what the weight is? The perfect bike for Aliso Woods.

See ya out there...

Right now I threw on "the Crow" from Stans... had it hanging from the rafters in the garage. I was thinking the same about Aliso...

I think I met you out there yesterday, I was with a group os STR peeps at the bench @ 5:30... I was on the RIP9, not trusting my legs on the SS yet.

That would be right. Unfortunately, I had to take off and sign in at the ranger station... then help a couple of newbies change a tire. Great night to ride last night. I've noticed that the sand is getting deeper in some areas in Aliso and that my SB8 on the back is beginning to slip here and there on the steeps (we desperately need rain!)... may go to something burlier on the back (Nevegal). See you again on the trail.
