That was just a misunderstanding. I thought it was a church reading room that just happened to have an unusual atmosphere and lots of folks offering their tithes in small bills.

It would be altruistic if he instead renovated a city block for his mansion and brought up the local economy for those who made him wealthy.
Don't get me wrong, I like Snoop. I like his music and his acting ability, but he is an example of what most rags to riches types do. I guess "Iz from the LBC, byotch" sounds better than "Iz from La Verne"
