Currently we have openings in our customer service department. We interact closely with our customers, answering technical questions, assisting them with placing an order, handling returns & exchanges, etc. - in general, just coming in and sharing our enthusiasm for cycling with the rest of the world!

To succeed at this position, you'll need a strong knowledge of current bicycle components and compatibility; plus:

* enthusiasm for cycling you can share with our customers
* Excellent communication skills (telephone, email) with attention to detail
* Applicant must be computer literate and familiar with Office-type applications (email, web browser, etc)
* a cycling background - through your own participation and/or work experience in the bike industry (bike shop, mechanic, sales floor, etc)

This is an hourly position that pays from $12-18 per hour, depending on experience; plus applicable profit-sharing.
