Default I can't beleive it...

Just over a 1000 miles for the year (1035 on geoladders for 2007 but doesn't count for all the road I did to get to the trailheads) on a set of Kenda Small Blocks 2.1's with Specialized Ultralight tubes... AND NOT ONE FLAT! Probably 35 miles were on a set of Nevegals 2.1's and 2.35's with exact same tubes or Cortez's 2.4's front and rear with same tubes.

Around 75 miles or so on the road bike (to and from the office and around town for booze cruising) and 3 flats this year until today. Pulled the old girl out this afternoon to do my part in ride your bike to work week (read about it in the register) and once again, a flat...

Can't wait to get the single speed 29'er built (working a titianium rack that will fit the 29'er to carry the laptop bag, maybe a cooler?) to start riding to work on a little more than a couple rubber bands.

You missed San Juan and Maple to the Peak on singles at the weekend Jeff - this just wont do!
I'm going to be singling for a while whilst the SJ undergoes a rebuild. I think you're one place above me on Geoladders - that just wont do!!

I am going to be out of town without the bike a lot this month so you will probably be passing me soon... I think I am gone 17 days this month. Just might be able to sneek in a ride in Vegas or AZ, but probably not.

Distance Points! You'd better bring a light and ride at night Jeff or else you're gonna melt in the heat. Congrats on the 1000 miles. You've already doubled what I have so far this year.
