I've been to the Ontario store. Pretty small showroom but the warehouse is stocked. Not good for browsing but they have all kinds of stuff if you want it.

If anyone goes post up a review or a pic if you take a camera. I was depressed seeing how tiny the Ontario store was for such a large company. Was def not worth that drive!

The trick is to browse on the website, order something, then go pick it up. No shipping charges with those great Jenson prices!

I thought the same thing, but as Gurp said, they seem to have a lot more than what you see on the floor. Prices are good and return/exchange was hassle-free. Of course, after I returned there, I bought from Adrenaline, so draw your own conclusions...

At the Ontario store , they got the computer there for you to browse on. I guess u can have them bring it out to check it out b4 you purchase it. The guys in the retail store is cool. Gave me an extra 15% off just because I asked.

It is a great looking store plenty of eye candy! Just make sure the people giving you a ride don't ditch you.

I wouldn't waste my time. I went by there today - limited selection and most everything was priced at retail that I looked at. Nicely laid out store though and the people working there were cool. Maybe once they're open for a while it will improve.

I stopped by Corona store and they were not open yesterday. They are still doing the merchandising inside. Looks like a way nicer store than the Ontario store. Should be a pretty cool store and really not that far for the oc crowd. What's nice is that that they are right off the freeway so no more driving inland to get to them.

I ordered some stuff online and they said that all will calls will still have to be picked up from the Ontario store though. What a bummer.

PS... I drove all they way out to Ontario yesterday in order to pick up some will calls after the phone rep said they would be open... only to find it closed for some company wide luncheon. I am pretty P"oed right now.

I went on Saturday and thought the same thing. It reminded me of going to Jax Bicycles. Lots of open space, but really not much there. It looks pretty, though. No specials. And I went there after stopping by The Path, so I guess my expecations where high.

Jenson only had three frames on display, no forks, no custom mountain bikes, just a bunch of nuttin'. Heck, they didn't even have any 2.35 Nevegals! I saw one Mavic 819 sitting in a corner. No hubs. Only Hope headsets. I don't remember seeing any brakes. Like I said, it's just like a Jax. However, the service seems to be ok...the 30 minutes I was in there, I was asked no less that 11 times if I needed any help.

Unless Jenson does something interesting, I doubt I'd bother going back. After all, I have a Jax neaby me that doesn't carry much either.
