Default Big shout out for a few STR peeps

Quick post to thank a few STR bros (most of which i had never met before) for their willingness to find time in their busy days to chat or exchange PM's with me and shed insight into their experiences and/or professional knowledge with similar injuries.

Big ups to (no particular order)...my apologies if i missed anyone

  • SAR boats
  • Johnny Dirt (this guy rocks!)
Past few months have sucked and next few may still not include rubber on dirt but i will be riding again!

We all know George has done a great job creating, maintaining and consistently improving this board but it's most definately guys like these who also make this a great community.

Honestly this post is not about me being down (we all get hurt); but moreoever i wanted to share my sincere appreciation to these guys beyond a PM or phone call and let everyone here know they rock!

My pleasure to offer whatever support I can for a fellow rider. Much appreciated that you posted the thanks here - a classy move.

Let me know when you want to go ride. I'm looking forward to seeing or hearing you're back on the dirt.

You don't have to say thanks. As stated, a classy move that ya did, but you don't have to. I know how bummed/stir crazy I was going when I was hurt, and some of the things that got to me, so it actually made ME feel good to drop ya a PM or two, cause I felt like I could share something of value to help someone out.

Just keep doin' what ya gotta do to get healed up right. Before you know it, you'll be back in the dirt and haulin A.

Same goes for me. You have my number, give me a call. Even if it's for a cruise around the neighborhood, eventually we can trailer the kids and talk about how we never thought we'd be able to ride the same way again.
