Sweet build! So when is the trial ride or have you already taken it out? Hopefully my build will be done soon.

ride? insane.
so I rode Aliso yesterday afternoon with the intent of getting in some steep climbs (dripping cave), moderate short climbs (cholla) longer climbs (up to ToW) tech fast descents (rockit) and longer descents (meadows). all was fine- the bike fits perfectly and did everything better than expected. I'm going to have to do a lot of playing around with fork/shock pressures- the reba at 100 psi positive and negative feels stiff in comparison to the 150 psi in the rear shock. that and i'm really not used to the squish yet. I've got to get out of the singlespeed mentality for climbs- either that or i'm probably going to start blowing up chains left and right. I didnt get a chance to bomb meadows- I managed to get a push pin (without cap thingie) shaped piece of metal in my rear tire. i think i got it on the pavement to meadows. so meadows was limited as i only had one co2 cartridge that got me to maybe 15 psi. damn. there's a chance I'm making the Moro Share ride today, so hopefully i wont flat!
