My nephew went over there to check it out after I told him about it. He said it was way to small and the people there acted like it was for their personal use only.

They rode around for a bit and left. He said it would be fun to ride if you were passing by, but not something as a destination ride.

not sure its waste land, but the undeveloped property on the corner of 17th and newport could be a whack site to build some whoops. def big enough to get some nice rhythm sections going. prob gonna have to haul in some dirt and tires/old stank sofa's to build on

never see anything really going on these except around xmas time to sell trees.

well we have tons of freeway underpasses that could be used..... anyone have any connections with any local governments??

there are quite a few areas where i thought would be a great area to build up underneath/off to the side of the 405 and 605 fwy interchange. there are some big ass jumps there right now, but there certainly is some room to build some stunts there as well.
