No, in fact there may be more organized rides now. The rules that are changing are in regard to docents doing private rides.
The Nature Conservancy is turning over management of the land and public tours to the Irvine Ranch Land Reserve Trust and they have different rules when it comes to volunteer priviliges.
I really don't think it will be a problem but I don't want to make a solid committement until I am certain and I will need a date before I can even start.
