Dude, I see you driving down Beach Blvd all the time weekday mornings. Look for my silver Civic coupe and we'll race
I think I've seen your Civic .... honk or sumpthin next time . Yeah , I'll race ya ---- gimme some downhill , a tailwind , and a headstart ! ![]() It's a 1972 Ford Gran Torino Squire . Got it outta my buddy's junkyard for $600 . The bikes and the roof rack are worth more than the car . It'll hold 4 people and 4 bikes or 5 bikes and 2 people with the seat folded down . So far it's been a pretty fun car to cruise . Last edited by shagginwagon; 11-25-2006 at 07:41 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

I drive an '05 Scion tC. At the moment though, I don't have a bike rack so I just throw my bike in the back with my gear. The rear seats fold down so it works ok. Hope I can get myself a rack soon though. Sorry the crappy pic, the sun wasn't at a great angle

Two of my friends also work for BMW and one works at Apex Motorsport in San Diego(they do a lot of work on e30's and other Euro cars). Oh, and I'm leaving the caps off until I get some deeper lips from Germany!! I rode Noble yesterday with a German exchange student, so I gotta get him to hook me up when he goes back. |

that's e34 sure looks sweet., seen a few of those with m20b25 engines, usually take those huge alternators and swap them into my rides ![]() Quote:
Thanks mang, those came as a gift from a German connection, he actually likes diving boards on his US spec cabrio, seems that a serviceman left it behind over the pond, he even requested a good (non sun baked) pocketed iC visor. Do have ton's of contacts overseas, specially in Netherlands & GE. There's a e28 / m5 set of ITB's on order, a good old pal at Easton will fabricate an adapter plate to set that puppy up, very DBilas/BPMD style., should look sweet when it's all done. Delphi just got a turbo prepped engine installed, from a 2002 racer project, it's an m20b25 unit, but, buyer backed out so they closed her up sans turbine, never the less she's ... oil pan tapped, honed, Blue Head Bolted, -1 compression and Lightened fly wheel ready. already chipped, coned, 19 pounders, Big 6 AFM, 3:73 LSD, urethane everywhere onto H&R coil overs with tender springs, K-mac at both ends, IE's 25/22mm sway bars and strut brace, also their early Vette BBK's with 25mm M/C. She rides like a go-kart , no A/c system not rag top to be found hahaha. wife hates that ride.I like her just as is, NA, but what the heck, who knows what she'll get for her 20th B'day definitely finishing her up with full MT2 kit, but, keeping mt1 rear spoiler. thanks again, I'll hookup to SoCal30's, you'll see me there with the familiar fporro tag, will check other links too. here's afew short vids, with new engine, Oil Pressure holds steady at 4.5 Bars anywhere above 1500rpms , never mind oil tem gauge, those bstrds snapped sender.perhaps we'll met at next gathering. ciao for now Freaky franky YouTube - 87 325iC cabrios e30 BMW M Technik Mtech YouTube - BMW e30 m20b25 1987/89 325iC M Technic= YouTube - BMW e30 87 325iC mtech ![]() |
