Question Brake levers

i just got a bike and on my second ride i endoed and busted my back brake lever. Anyone have a good suggestion for a nice set of brake levers.
i have mech. disc.

Brakes are over rated...


They've got a bunch of different types. I'd just go with the ones that felt like a good fit or cheap ones.

scorns, avid makes good, cheap levers. I think you can buy a pair for 50$ @ jenson. shimano are good too. oh yah, next time just torque the lever enough so you can lift the bike but not tight enough, this way when u go down again the brake lever will just move and not break.

Nice job riding down Sunset & El Prieto with only your rear brake. Good thing we were able to switch it over.

thanks it was pretty tricky since it was only my second time on the bike. MTB i didnt know you were sponsered.
