My wife picked up some green ones and orange ones at Target. They are very tart.

The green ones are really tasty! It reminds me of that lemon-lime "Quench" gum that they sell at Big 5, or the old Gatorade gum.

Not a whole lot of nutritional benefit...just a few extra calories to burn via sugar (pretty sure it's all simple carbs). But handy for a quick surge/recovery, and the little bags are easy to store and carry. I might buy some more!
