Default MT Biking decided what car I bought

Well I had to sell my Honda because I wasn’t using it and was paying on it. It was too small and too big of a hassle to get my bike into anyway. So I bought my friends 92 4runner, mainly for MT biking! I’m I taking this sport too seriously?

I usually do, but I'm too far from the Santa Ana's. Plus I ride with family a lot in the Santa Monica's.

Congrats on the new 4-Runner! Is it the V6 or 4 banger? If its the V6 hopefully you won't have the headgaskets go out on it anytime soon as that is VERY common on the 3.0 liter.

Its the V6, but the previous owner already had to replace those, so hopefully these last.

Nice car. My dad has a 1994 4runner (V6) with something between 35 and 40k miles. Rarely drives it for some reason, it's a nice truck. Uses the civic to commute to work.

thats cool, its not a bad idea to go from a civic to something else to make your hobby easier.

I bought my current car with hopes that it would give me some hobbies, haha,

i used to drive a 94 civic hatchback up until it blew up 2 weeks ago, now I have a honda element.... Hopefully having this type of versatile car will allow me to be more outdoorsy. I loved the civic hatchback but then i was always scared of someone stealing it, and then i would never drive it far because it had a lot of miles and no air conditioning.

cool find onthe 4runner. they are nice looking in my opinion

I know a lot of people who have changed jobs and sold houses because of their mountain biking addiction.

We are presently looking for a second home and the one and only requirement that I have is that it be close to good mountain biking territory. Yes, UT is high on the list!
