Hope you feel better and heal fast!

Usually I just bleed (sometimes more than others), you should try that next time. Plus, makes for better pics.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you didn't spend all day and night in the ER. I hope you recover quickly and like previous posters said, TRY NOT to COUGH or SNEEZE. Do whatever it takes, the pain is horrendous.

Thanks for the good healing vibes everyone! I had to sleep on a chair last night because the ribs were so painful and made it difficult to breathe. Last thing I want to do is laugh or cough, ouch! I scraped up my right shoulder and back real good but I won't gross anybody out with the carnage pics.

Or at least pics of the new bike, man!

Sorry to hear about the crash. I thought we had a dirttorpedo around here already. You're gonna have to snap a collarbone to really challenge his spot, though. Heal up, man.

Sorry to hear about the ribs Frank, heal up fast. Hope to see you out on the trails soon, you also missed my second crash in a week up at Marshall, and this one, I didnt manage to land on my feet.

I second what Gurp said, we at least need pics of the new bike.

Wrap it and stay active within reason. Active recovery reduces scarring and rehab time.
Good luck we have all been there.

It's not really that new, I brought it out to Cannell. Seems like every time I bring it out I manage to crash...

When I first started riding I broke a rib twice, one on each side. I had a bruise from one from my armpit to my waist. This one hurt the least though as I tore very little cartlidge and was riding again in two weeks. The doctor told me to keep riding, but at a place that I wouldn't fall off the bike. He meant road, but I ended up finding Claremont Wilderness Park to ride, and went real easy. The next time was not so easy and it still hurts even today. I did wrap mine as it made it easier to ride, but to each his own. Good luck, Frank.

Please give us the horry details as soon as possible. Pix are a plus.
