Just give him yours, Tin. Now that we've finally got you on an xc bike. My guess is a Turner Flux.

Talking Turner RFX Blowout Sale

Well, I can't resist a smoking deal so I picked up the last medium - black RFX/6Pack Turner Bikes had in stock. Man $600 off retail!!! easy way for me to justify a 3rd Turner in the garage. Since i'm planning on moving my 66Light over from the Highline I need to figure out what DC fork to run on that bike.

Awesome bro, now all you need is to send that DHX off to Push and get a 888 for the HL.

shh. Don't say that too loud. I sold my Seven road bike a few months ago. It just wasn't getting much use at all.

Shhhhhh....nothing wrong with being Bi-cycle, right!?
Seriously, just thought it would be fun to have other options especially on days when certain time limits leave me only a road option??

Sharky, the road bikes are great. Mostly when it rains, because you don't have to worry about the trails. But regardless what some say, even riding road can be a blast.

I would love to have a road bike...virtually all my friends ride on the road as well as MTB. I live a few miles from PCH and would love to just take the bike out of the garage and head over to the ocean for a sweet ride.....

but alas, wife wont let me. FREAKS her out. I made the mistake of "sort of" talking her into me getting a road bike about a year ago...bought the bike, did one ride, way freaked her out, sold it after one ride.

On the bright side, when I sold the roadbike I wanted something different and got into single speeding; have not turned back since so no regrets.

p.s. wife freaks out cause we lost 2 friends to roadbiking, both of whom died by idiot drivers so I cant say I blame her. I even bought a large life insurance policy hoping it was only the money she was worried about but even that did not work.

i agree to what mike says. u can't compare mtb and road. both are diff and the feeling of switchbacks at 35mph is as breathtaking as comming downhill doing 35mph.

sorry to hear that fo, i don't blame you at all. But the trail we usually go to are class 1 bike trails. No cars allowed i don't like riding beside cars as well..
