Hi guys and gals
Rode STT(or cooks corner)-luge tuesday. STT is slightly over grown and Luges is definitely overgrown. Hard to see the trail with all the stuff in front my light. Starting from the Friday I noticed a small itchy patch...slightly bumpy too...on my left arm. Didn't think much of it but today it has grown into 4-5 small patches and the bumps are getting bigger. ITCHY AS HELL!!!!! ![]() I had PO before and this looks like PO to me especially the time frame is right. Didn't do my usual thursday night fully loop so it has to come from luge. Anyone run into the PO at luge yet or seen some there? I think I'm going to suffer for the next week or so. ![]() |

I can't say that I have seen much PO on that trial. Appearantly it is there.

I also got my left ear all scratched up by a bunch of branches from a small tree almost to the bottom. The luge was pretty tricky since I can't see the trail at times.
![]() Oh the PO is spreading today, got some on my right arm and neck now. Hope that would be it. My left forearm is covered with itchy patches now. ![]() |

I'm not sure of the spelling, but if you go to the grocery store in the detergent section, there's a bar soap called Fells Napta. It's in a white wrapper w/ green and some red writing. It works great on Poison Oak. Used it myself many times. It has something that won't irritate your skin but kills the oil in the Poison Oak that makes it spread and itch. And the nice thing too, I think it's under $1.00.
