Jenson has a large selection, but their retail store is very small. Very limited in displays, but they got a humongo where house in the back. I always get a low price from Supergone / Performance with the internet price match.

I like Incycle in San Dimas for service and repairs. But, it's hard to beat Jenson's prices. I just bought a workstand... Park PCS-9. Performance has it for $119, Jenson lists it at $107. Well, I did a Froogle search, found someplace that had it in stock for $79. Jenson price matched it and I picked it up today, zero shipping. Bada bing! I was actually a little embarassed when I went in because I know they had to be taking a loss on it to sell it to me for that price.

It was fairly recently that I have really started to get into MTBing. And so far from a person who is pretty new to the whole scene, Incycle is great, nice and friendly people very helpful. Jenson was good as well, the guys in the shop were really helpful and nice when I went in to pick up a pair of shorts. Cucamonga Cyclery is pretty good as well, not as big of a selection as Incycle or Jenson, but a good shop none the less.

Can anyone tell me where Jenson is? I thought about going to their store to try some clothing on but cannot find an address anywhere on their website.

Thanks!

If you're looking for the cheapest price on bike parts, check out this bike search engine:

www.qbike.com

This site has the latest coupons from the major retailers:

They have a magic shop in the back for 29er riders too.
Will I clean sections that are otherwise unrideable with 26" wheels?

DOnt be embarassed at the low ballin them. The profit margin in bikes and bike parts are very big. I once got an item for like 120.00 off of MSRP, which was like 60% off. They even told me their cost.

I think Performance (several OC shops) has a good line of generic basic stuff (clothes, tubes, nutrition, etc.) for the cost conscious (cheap asses like me). They have a lot of decent sales. Haven't been to the Path yet.

Very good thread. I will have to go by the path tomorrow. Back in the day I spent the family savings at Supergo in Fountain Valley when they had it all at great prices. Was disappointed the other day when I went back now that its changed ownership. Anyone know what happened to Kalomtb.com? I had bought two intenses and some other stuff from them back in the day. Had a not so good experience at the Bike Co the other day so my shop search will continue.

The Path is a nice shop with out question. They have a great selection of DH stuff for sure.
But I have to second Switchback. Family owned and it shows. If you are looking for a local bike shop that you will be going to for years to come you should check them out also.
