Default New 510 Ba51c shoe

Check out my new Ba51c shoes from 510!!! They are Denmo approved.

ICYI, The Path special ordered them for me.

A simple slim-profile sneaker with world-class fit. We’ve taken our home-grown California style, mountain biking expertise and our climbing-inspired high-friction rubber and designed a casual, lifestyle shoe that is as comfortable on a slackline as it is peddling to the local coffee shop. The BA51C has a low-profile fit and new non-marking RED Stealth® Phantom outsole. A modern uptake on the “grom” sneaker.

Those are sick!
So its a shoe just for doing whatever, and commuting type stuff? i wonder if they have enough grip as a "fashion" type" DH/FR shoe

I am sure just about any Five 10 shoe with Stealth rubber will have enough grip. That rubber is some sticky stuff, I loved there rubber when I use to rock climb.

The 510's are much more comfortable and have the stiffness and sticky soles which Vans does not!!!!

I will be trying them out using my 5050xx pedals once I am back on the bike.

I've been tempted to order some, Zappos has them for $84, free shipping both ways so if they don't fit right you can send them back for free and get the right size. That's what I did with my 510 high tops that I ride with. I wasn't sure of their sizing so I ordered 2 pairs, an 11.5 and a 12. Sent the 11.5 back for free and got a refund. Here is the Zappos link http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/31682742/c/136081.html

Default Love 'em!!!

So, now that I am back on the back and have had a chance to use the shoes, I love them!!!!

I have been riding at the BMX track on the 4x bike and yesterday all day bombing at Big Bear, never slipped a pedal and they grip realy well. BTW, I am using CB 5050xx pedals!!
