I need info/help/opinions on a roof rack

Not counting a small bag of gear for the bike helmets, shinguards etc (put these in a trash bag in the bed) everything else should fit in back of the seat in your truck.

Like I said in my original post, my truck is a Ford Explorer Sport trac. It has a SHORT bed. Four bikes in there takes almost the entire bed of the truck. Four bags of helmets/riding gear, four bags of clothes for each person, it all adds up. Four guys in the truck, there is no back seat area. My truck is small is what I am trying to say.

I was in Pep Boys today and saw a roof bag with straps, its 13 cu. ft. of storage ans is about $80. I'm willing to kick in my share.
