Hello everyone, I'm looking for opinions.
I commited myself to buy Robs Yeti 575 and I was thinking of keeping my 03 Enduro but after really thinking about it I'm looking at two bikes that have almost the same amount of travel. Is there any real reason for having two similar bikes? No real reason in having two bikes with about the same amount of travel right guys? |

Sell it, 2 similar bikes are not worth having, use the money to buy a different type of bike (road, hardtail or SS, which can be cheap compared to your Yeti) for cross training, different riding or like Calepic said "buy bling" for the Yeti. the extra money will give you good options, or even use the money for a summer MTB vacation somewhere.

Get rid of the Enduro. Like someone else said, it will most likely collect dust, and the longer you keep it, the less cashola you'll get for it.

That is basically the reason I'm selling my 575 is because I have the 6 Pack and the Burner. Even though the 575 is over 3lbs lighter than my 6 Pack I still didn't ride it much, then the Burner is only 26lbs so I end up riding that on the longer epic rides. Definately sell it and get some pimp parts for the Yeti

No I am not joking, more like poking fun at all you hucksters. I have a Turner 5-spot with a Maverick fork that only gets used once in awhile...mostly when I go to Mammoth/Tahoe during the summer.
If riding a rigid single speed and enjoying it makes me weird, then I am weird. Last edited by dstepper : 02-27-2006 at 04:31 PM. |

![]() I often thought I should have been running ss in TX last year to help strengthen for when I came back here, but I never did... Maybe some day I'll give it a shot, but for now I'm sticking to lots o'options!
