Anyhow, feedback on the shopping experience. I chose to checkout via PayPal. Now, I'm on a computer about 10 hours a day so it's not like I got confused but my dad would have never gotten through the process. (which isn't saying much either)

It takes you to paypal, then back to str, and then kind of dumps you off at an incomplete thank you page. At first I wasn't sure if everything went through until I got the emails.

The shop itself is very straight forward and easy to navigate. However, I think finishing the thank you page with custom content to make it more obvious that the order was successfull would make the shopping experience better.
Very good input, thank you! Sounds like a I missed an important template to customize.

Yea that was a good point I had to pause a bit when it kicked me back to STR and the proceed/next step button was a bit too small and I had to spend some time looking for it. Sometimes as programmers we take for granted the operators using the GUI will have no trouble because the programmer has no trouble.

If you look at the pictures in the store the *new* moto/dh/bmx looks like the classic moto (but with the new design)

Brett was working on the design for the shopping cart and once he's done George will update those images.

The XC's Jersey's may weigh less as they are a more tight fitting in style

From the Jersey vendors website:

XC:
Features: Made from our exclusive CS Tech fabric for superior comfort and wicking. Unlimited colors at no extra charge. Three rear pockets. Our exclusive tapered collar - high enough on the sides to allow for logos but tapered at the chin so as not to pinch. Separate side panels. Available in raglan or set-in sleeve styles. No extra charge for 3/4 or full length zippers. No annoying label tags at the neck. Available in race cut, club cut, women cut and children cut.

DH/BMX/MOTO:

Features:unlimited number of colors multi-dry fabric for superior wicking tapered v-neck collar available in raglan or set-in sleeve styles

My guess is 2 months after they are ordered. Give or take 60 days.

Sad thing is that that's probably not too far off from the truth. They offer 2 weeks 'express' production but charge an arm and a leg for it. I forget what hot shoppe's production time was but it was also in the month(s) range.

As was Voler's when Traci was looking into them. Thought that was last month. I think that they are all busy in Jan/February to get out new kits for the season.

Default Hmmmm...whoops

How does one go about updating or correcting an order that's already been placed?? I missed the part about being able to add my name to the jersey and want to take advantage of this option. SORRY

As Gonzo said earlier our ASU team used Champ-Sys for our team kits. We had everything shipped to us in only 2 weeks! We ordered more than just jerseys but shorts, warmers, socks, hats and triathlon stuff.

I hope this doesnt get everyone hopes up. Some did mention it is that time of the year when lots of teams are ordering stuff.

I ordered an XC and DH btw, very stoked on the new jersey design!!

If it takes a month or two that's fine. That'll be about the right time to throw another STR BBQ.

Just ordered my new style race cut. I paid for shipping which is $6.00 flat rate. Thanks, George, Bret, Matt and Felipe(Do Work) for making this happen. Btw, I like the new store, I know that guy in the classic XC jersey

Maybe I missed a memo, but more likely am just a little slow. Either way, I'm still confused over the purpose of the "sizing kit." Can I change my size selection later, if the kit shows I chose incorrectly?

There's been so much discussion about styles, designs, and sizes, I got lost quite a ways back. Are the sizes comparable to the Hot Shoppe jerseys we ordered last time? That would clear the issue right up.

File your TPS reports on time and you'll have more time to read the memos issued from
