I'd like my money back please, this is ludicrous.

Thank you for the effort, but nobody should be expected to wait this long with so little information about status.

I was thinking the same thing, how do we get refunds.

wasn't keeping up with this order process, so didn't place one. therefore, if possible, put me down for a left-over, extra, or stock remaining due to refunds, etc. size is XL, want a new design, relaxed fit, long sleeve.

+1 for being the squeaky wheel. It sounds as if the shop you're dealing with doesn't care about your business. Please start looking elsewhere. This is getting silly.

Have you considered www.velowear.com ? I don't work for Voler, but when I've ordered stuff from them it's shown up promptly, and I've been very happy with the quality of the product. Voler, of course, does custom work, and you're well above the minimum order threshold.

I don't want a refund, but I do want the jersey I've spent money on.

I've got a source here in lake forest, but will have to get you more info on minimums and lag times. Since the order is already in progress it will be faster to wait out the shipment however.

I believe we are still using http://www.champ-sys.com/pages/index.html for our jerseys. I know for fact they do not take months and months to get this done.

My school ordered everything from cycling kits, triathlon kits, socks, hats and that only took 4 weeks from them. I have no idea what happened. Then again realize your not buying from a store or website, this is just a social website....
