I agree it sad that he had to go but if your going to go out not while doing something you love. I know I would rather go out that way.

I just hope his family will be taken care of in his absence.

article is crap. they called it a "narrow bridge". the bridge was wider than most of the ST on the course.

my condolences to the family, but this accident should not be publicized as something negative against the sport. we all assume the risk. the man died doing something he loved and didn't suffer. something i can only hope befalls me some day...

Unhappy

My prayers go out to the family and friends of this man! At 48 yrs old and going big on a downhill bike is amazing. I know a lot of men at that age that wouldn't even think about riding a bike let alone do a downhill course. A true loss to the sport of mountain biking.

Mark Reynolds (another one!) started Wicked Racin. A derl tensioning system for DH guys. The man had a passion for biking like few others. If you made it up to our D-ville event last year, he was there with his wife.

Mark you will be missed my friend!

Its never good to leave us early, but like Mann said, at least it was quick and he was doing something he loved!

My prayers go to his wife and family.
