You will be fine. I was a little worried about the same thing when I had my 29er. After 8 months of riding it never had one wheel go out of true.

Jason what 29er do you have?
I rode a Fisher Sugar 293 last year. Had it for about 8 months then sold it when I cleaned out the bike stable. Very fun bike. Did VQ on it and also did 12hr at Snow Summit on it. Eventually I would like to get another 29er, but it will definately be a hardtail the next time around.

You will really dig the Cobia on rides like Blackstar to Motorway and the ride to Old Camp. They fly up hill and are really fast and fun on the downhills.

Still sitting there at the bike shop. Saw it this evening. Thought for sure you would have picked it up and taken it out for a spin.
